I got super lucky to work with Sarah! Before that, a real estate agent ghosted me after telling me I needed to expand my search range or settle on something, and I had a few communications over Zillow with random agents who were either pushy or unresponsive. So as a first-time homebuyer, I was really nervous about working with an agent because they seemed like untrustworthy salespeople. Sarah was the complete opposite, and her focus right away was making absolutely sure I was cleared for a borrowing limit with a trusted lender who vetted my information properly, and she gave me detailed financial advice to make sure I was making the right decision in terms of loan types, down payment, etc. Rather than focusing on “making the sale” she wanted to make sure I understood the importance of making extra payments to get out of PMI as soon as possible. Sarah kept in mind that I was going through the process for the first time, and gave me detailed explanations and warnings about things like wire fraud. She went above and beyond what was expected, regularly checking in on the property and helping to coordinate things like fixing up a closet door hinge. The whole process of working with her team went really smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
